When you are submitting items and photos for the web site we ask that, in order to make life easier for the Webmaster, a few simple rules can be followed:

DO NOTS!

(i) Do not submit photos, logos etc in Word Format - there are four processes to change this to a JPEG  and in every process the qualite is reduced.

       or        V's           or 

(ii) In order to keep quality and fast downloads for visitors do not submit any item for news or notice board in any other format other than Word, Email Text or Adobie GIF

Doos!

(i) Do submit regular items for publication

(ii) Do submit photos as attachments to the email and with some names and what event it refers to

(iii) Do submit news items in Word attachment or straight email word for publication

(iv) Always identify wich Club you are from!

Finally

Please continue to supply stories, items of interest, photo's (eg send a JPEG photo attachment with a trailer in the email such as " Jack Jones of Keilor CC knocks his first century v's Taylors Lakes 21/10/2007"), and Club notices of events or needs.

After all it is your Association and this web site is the 'show piece' for your Association and fellow club affiliates.
