The NWCA will establish its reputation as the most successful cricket Association within the VMCU based on success and exemplary sportsmanship on the field, and the highest standard of management and player and member support off the field.
- Promoting, advancing and fostering the game of cricket, predominately in the north-western suburbs of Melbourne irrespect of gender, race, creed or religion.
· Maintaining a minimum of 70 senior teams and 120 junior teams, whilst striving to achieve the highest development possible for each Club.
· Promoting junior cricket and fostering the development of young players.
· Providing an environment which encourages personal growth, achievement of association and team spirit.
· Providing the best facilities and human resources available to develop the talents and capabilities appropriate to the level and wishes of teams, players and helpers.
· Ensuring the long-term future of the Association and clubs through proper financial management.
· Providing a social outlet for men, women and children of all ages in a friendly, family atmosphere.
· Encouraging a sense of pride in the history, heritage and values of the Association and its member clubs by maintaining contact with all past and present members.
